Refunds

Eligibility:

  • Refunds are available for orders that are incorrect, damaged, or not up to our quality standards.
  • Refund requests must be made within 1 hour of receiving your order.

Process:

  • Provide your contact number, the reason for the refund request, and any relevant photos if applicable.
  • Our team will review your request and, if approved, process your refund within 5-7 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.

Exchanges

Eligibility:

  • Exchanges are available for orders that are incorrect or not as described.
  • Exchange requests must be made within 30 minutes of receiving your order.

Process:

  • Contact our customer service team at support@pisapizza.ca
  • Provide your contact number and details of the issue.
  • We will arrange for the correct item to be prepared and delivered to you as soon as possible.
  • We ask for the incorrect item to be returned to us before issuing an exchange.

Returns

  • Return requests must be made within 30 minutes of receiving your order.
